每周2次有氧运动(跑步或游泳皆可)。打磨自由泳的泳姿和耐力,其次学习力量训练,增肌,降体脂。若健身房开业,加一次力量训练。

2.保持财务健康

  • 今年经济不好,尽快把债务还清:欠吕林哥哥(5万)和刘小磊妹妹的钱(7万)
  • 每月定投香港盈富基金(2800)和纳斯达克指数基金(QQQ)
  • 交易原则 ✔️
    • Rule1: 只有在发工资的当天(节假日延后)交易股票和基金。其他时间不主动看指数,不主动看股价,不打开任何交易软件,不主动打开任何财经类公众号。
    • Rule2: 以后不再向别人推荐 ETF和股票,涨涨跌跌,勾人心魂,太害人了。
    • 若违背以上原则,刘小坤重重的用管教杖责打二次。

Work

1.成就 Workstream, 也让它成就自己。

在薄荷的时候,有 CTO 亲自带着我,我在他搭的架子下完成各个组件(microservice) 的开发。在 SAP Jam 的时候,温哥华的架构师敲定技术选型。整个职业生涯,我都被”保护”的很好。

现在没有任何的导师帮助我,我要自力更生了,看看能飞多远。

1.开放家庭

每月请弟兄姐妹/朋友/同事来家里聚餐。我太太喜爱安静,一开始以为她会反感,结果多虑了,她喜欢招待那些关系亲密的朋友。

可以请他来家里吃饭,不做硬性计划,聊到哪算哪。

感概

毕业工作八年了,有六年都做了年度计划。每年复盘时发现 80% 都能完成,也在按照计划推进,但人生轨迹的关键转折点都是巧合。

一是,学识少时,眼界也比较低,急功近利,随大流。等到自己稍微懂一点,就会发现当初寻求的东西都不值一提。

二是,我是渺小的,哪扇门开启,哪扇门关闭,并不是我决定的,往往环境和境遇决定的。
